Medicaid Simplified is dedicated to helping Long-Term Care Facility (LTCF) residents qualify for and retain their Medicaid eligibility. Our mission is to ensure residents continue receiving the care they need while protecting facilities from financial loss and displacements.

We specialize in assisting residents with Medicaid applications and Redeterminations through Florida’s Department of Children and Families (DCF). By making the process seamless for residents, facility directors, and their staff, we ensure no one has to worry about applications or eligibility lapses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents and families in gathering required documents via phone and/or our secure portal.
  • Accurately complete and submit Medicaid applications and Redeterminations.
  • Communicate with DCF on behalf of residents to follow up and resolve issues.
  • Track Redetermination deadlines to prevent lapses in coverage.
  • Give LTC facilities peace of mind through consistent, proactive Medicaid support.

Qualifications

  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Must meet high moral and ethical standards.
  • Experience in Medicaid eligibility, case management, or office work is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
